I’ve got nuthin’

Well on the knitting front anyway :-)

I have spun up some of that sunshine girl roving and plied it back on itself and it looks wonderful but I don’t want to show you photos until I have done a second spindle and navajo plied it so that I can see the difference.

I have also done 9 repeats of the shetland shawl – yes I know the pattern only calls for 8 but it is a small shawl and so far I have only used 1 and a bit balls so I am going to continue until I have used up this second ball and then I should be able to get 14 rows of edging out of the third – stand by for screams if my maths is wrong :-)

So in  order to give you something to read I found pinched stole this meme from Everybody loves saturday night

I’m catching up on my Bloglines and have enjoyed looking at your spinning. I have just dug out my drop spindle and bought some plain roving and can’t wait to start spinning now. I really enjoy all the spinning posts I read now and maybe someday I will knit something from my own spinning. And water sounds are some of my favorite sounds, too!

I wouldn’t bungee either – unless I was in a situation where I had to choose between bungee jumping and sky diving. I’d choose bungee.

Really enjoy your blog – I am also a Christine Feehan fan – have you read any of Sherrilyn Kenyon books — along the same line fantasy vampire/and hunter series – a fun read too.
