So many plans ….so little time

Now that half term is over, things start to hot up around here ( and I don’t just mean the weather!)

We are into report writing and examinations time which means that my job becomes pretty hectic between now and the end of tern at the beginning of July.

My knitting and spinning will help me keep sane. but, there will be less time to actually do it – there is the garden to keep under control as well :-)

I haven’t exactly helped my cause with the purchase of these

230507_1718 Fitted Kits by Stephanie Japel and Knitting Lingerie Style by Joan McGowan Michael.

There are several patterns in both books that I want to knit, in fact I even had the stash out last night ( to start photographing it for Ravelrey) and I started with the cotton stuff so I can get going on some summer tops.

My main problem with Fitted Knits is that most of them seem to be made in worsted weight and the yarns I have are DK weight – I wonder if I am going to have to do some maths :-)

Looking forward to seeing the new projects! And good luck with keeping the garden under control. By August the jungle usually takes over in mine.
